Shipping Policy

Thom Fun LLC currently ships only to U.S. states, counties, and municipalities where kratom is legal. Orders placed to restricted locations will be canceled and refunded.

All sales are final.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery by emailing orders@thomfunsoriginal.com with your order number and clear photo evidence. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.

Disputes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of replacements is not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for spoilage, theft, weather exposure, or failure to collect delivered packages in a timely manner.

By placing an order, you confirm that kratom is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are at least 21 years old.
