Refund policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final.

Local Delivery:
If a product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, we will replace it at no cost. Issues must be reported within 24 hours with photo documentation.

Shipping Orders:
If a shipment arrives damaged, claims must be submitted within 24 hours with photos and order details. Approved claims may be eligible for replacement.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns based on taste preferences, shipping delays, or failed delivery attempts.
